There are 14 levels in the IGI 1 game.The protagonist Jones is an officer of IGI ( Institute for Geotactical Intelligence ), who is assigned for the mission to take information about stolen Warhead from Jach Priboi and also order to capture him. Anya is the back supporter who guide and give him very much clear briefing about every mission.

When priboi captured and taken away by Jones in the helicopter, then the copter shot down by Ekk and the russians take the priboi, as well as JOnes equipment. Jones then has to clear the border and find his equipment.
